Masa Ogawa leads ZS’s Japan market as principal, advising pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the U.S., Europe and Japan on go-to-market strategy, omnichannel engagement, sales excellence and medical affairs.
His experience spans a broad spectrum of sales, marketing and medical areas in the pharmaceuticals and medical products industries. He has helped clients design their sales force, improve sales force effectiveness, develop omnichannel strategy and analytics programs, perform acquisition assessments and design and administer incentive compensation plans.
He is also experienced in brand strategy, customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, forecasting, primary market research and pricing and opportunity assessment. Masa is also knowledgeable about market access issues and healthcare regulations.
