Background and experience
Matt is the global lead of ZS’s revenue management expertise center. He specializes in operations and delivery, systems design and deployment, change management, analytics and reporting. He has over 25 years of revenue management experience, working globally across all brand tiers.
Matt serves on HSMAI’s Global Distribution Advisory Board and previously served on the Revenue Management Advisory Board.
Before joining ZS, Matt served as executive director of revenue management systems and tools at MGM Resorts International and led global teams at Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
