Megan Jackson
Background and experience
Megan is an associate principal at ZS who focuses on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and customer model design, helping organizations build and operationalize modern, customer-centric commercial models. Since joining ZS in 2015, she has worked with clients to align commercial strategy to evolving healthcare decision-making dynamics.
Megan specializes in end-to-end GTM strategy, including customer model design and deployment. Her expertise spans organizational design, field force structure and sizing, territory alignment, targeting, call planning, sales process design, training, incentive compensation and omnichannel orchestration.
She has partnered with biopharmaceutical organizations across mass market, specialty and rare disease portfolios to design engagement models tailored to evolving customer needs. More recently, Megan has focused on architecting next-generation customer models that integrate data and analytics and enable technologies to create more personalized and coordinated stakeholder experiences. Megan is recognized within ZS for her contributions to advancing GTM transformation, with a focus on translating strategy into scalable, technology-enabled execution.
