Mehul Singh
Background and experience
Mehul is a principal at ZS, where he focuses on commercial and patient analytics and the application of AI in the life sciences industry. His work helps pharmaceutical companies and healthcare systems use data and advanced analytics to inform commercial strategy, operations and resource allocation.
He has led AI-driven engagements across the EU and North America, applying predictive analytics and agentic AI to address complex commercial challenges and to help reduce patient barriers to therapy access. His experience spans both strategic design and operational deployment of analytics-enabled solutions.
An early contributor to ZS’s Advanced Data Science team, Mehul helped develop foundational commercial AI assets, including AI-powered next-best-action solutions for healthcare professionals and patients that are now deployed across multiple pharmaceutical companies and health plans. Before joining ZS, he worked in marketing analytics for consumer packaged goods companies and as a supply chain design consultant for perishable goods, building a strong foundation in quantitative optimization.
