Mukesh Agarwal

Background and experience

Mukesh is ZS’s chief financial officer. As CFO, he is a member of ZS’s operating leadership team and serves on the Deal Review, Corporate Development, Enterprise Steering and AI committees.

He leads the global finance organization, directing the firm’s strategic planning and analysis, controllership, treasury, tax, real estate, procurement and administrative functions. Mukesh is a strong advocate for driving efficiencies through transformation and digitization to maximize enterprise value.

In his role at ZS, he has led enterprisewide digitalization initiatives and has advised on economics and risk for several large client programs. He has also built multiple core capabilities including procurement, shared services, ERP implementations and ZS’s travel and meetings function. He brings a collaborative, outcomes-oriented leadership style, fosters a high-performing finance organization and champions continuous improvement. Mukesh is deeply committed to building an inclusive culture that fosters the next generation of leaders.

Before joining ZS, Mukesh held finance leadership roles at Cybage Software, Zensar Technologies and Electrolux.
