Nidhi Saran
Background and experience
Nidhi leads ZS’s strategy and transformation practice area. She works with clients on defining and making strategic choices to drive strong execution across corporate and commercial strategies. Her areas of focus include business growth, portfolio, pipeline, therapeutic area strategy and new product launch.
Having spent time in industry and management consulting, Nidhi has developed expertise in marketing, launch, pipeline and portfolio analysis, and business growth. She has experience in several therapeutic areas, including cardio-renal, immunology, neuroscience, respiratory, oncology and biosimilars. She also has experience in multiple geographies, driving alignment and implementation of business strategies for early assets as well as launch and in-line products.
Previously, Nidhi held senior roles at Novartis, leading U.S. and global launches across branded specialty products, biosimilars and complex generics and earlier served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
