Background and experience
Nitin is responsible for partnering with ZS practice area leads and client principals to develop and manage the firm's knowledge management capability, covering internal and external knowledge and enabling processes and systems.
Nitin has assisted several clients in developing and implementing knowledge management best practices. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in management consulting and knowledge services, and has been actively engaged in using knowledge to advance organizational success.
Before joining ZS, Nitin worked as director of research services at Pipal Research (also known as CRISIL Global Research & Analytics) and as a manager at McKinsey.
