Nitin Jain
Background and experience
Nitin is the regional managing principal for the Americas North region. In this role, his priorities include driving client success, talent strategy and leadership development across ZS’s clients and offices in the Chicago metropolitan area, Boston, Indianapolis, Canada and the Caribbean. He is also a member of ZS’s strategic deals and programs group (SDG), strategic advisory team (SAT) and the firm’s operational governance team.
Nitin leads the global relationship with some of ZS’s largest clients, spanning commercial, R&D, supply chain, technology, consulting and analytics.
Nitin has been a pioneer and an innovator on a variety of topics ranging from digital strategy and customer-centric marketing; commercial models; market access; contracting strategy; and real-world evidence data analytics. His thought leadership in these areas includes several publications as well as conference presentations. He has also helped clients build internal capabilities in these areas, thereby creating a competitive advantage.
Previously, Nitin was the companywide leader of ZS’s promotion and marketing mix practice area and its managed care practice. He was also a member of ZS’s client service leadership council and a co-chair of the Executive Club of Chicago’s Healthcare Forum.
