Background and experience
Pavan is a principal in ZS’s Boston office and leads the biomarker center of excellence, helping pharma and diagnostics clients in precision medicine and oncology advance strategy and growth.
Since joining ZS in 2012, Pavan has developed deep expertise in oncology, helping companies navigate the evolving oncology landscape by assessing organizational structures, developing commercialization strategies, segmentation and forward-looking commercial models. Pavan’s precision medicine and oncology expertise has also enabled him to assist clients with market assessments, disease area strategy and brand positioning. Additionally, he has partnered with oncology diagnostic companies on portfolio strategy, sales planning, customer segmentation and competitive analysis.
Prior to joining ZS, Pavan worked as a design engineer at Caterpillar.
