Peter is a principal at ZS with 20 years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 clients to solve complex business challenges through data-driven strategies. He leads ZS’s digital customer experience service line across many industries including travel and hospitality, retail, financial services and others.
Peter’s expertise encompasses key business areas, including go-to-market strategy; analytics capability development; customer experience design and life cycle management; contact center transformation; and talent enablement.
Peter regularly contributes to industry thought leadership through conferences and publications with organizations like the Strategic Accounts Management Association (SAMA) and WorldatWork.
