Background and experience
Piyush is a director at ZS with experience leading commercial data, analytics and technology transformations for life sciences organizations, driving business impact from strategy through execution. He leads enterprise commercial data and sales operations transformations for emerging biopharma organizations across launch, scale and accelerated growth phases.
Since joining ZS in 2014, Piyush has focused on helping clients improve commercial effectiveness through data, analytics and technology solutions. His work spans incentive compensation, field force effectiveness, reporting and analytics, customer data management and commercial data foundations, including initiatives enabled by ZAIDYN®.
Piyush combines knowledge of pharma business processes with hands-on implementation experience, helping organizations navigate complex requirements while driving adoption and business impact. He has supported global pharmaceutical companies in delivering data and analytics solutions, including enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, master data management, sales and marketing analytics, commercial reporting and operational decision support. He has led multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design and delivery, supporting organizations through evolving business and technology needs.
