Pragati leads ZS’s EU supply chain and manufacturing practice, helping clients harness AI, data and digital strategies to build scalable, high-impact capabilities. Pragati has over 15 years of consulting experience focused on helping clients design and execute digitalization strategy through classic AI and generative AI, data and tech.
Pragati is an expert in helping clients establish highly functional and efficient digital capabilities. This includes partnering with data and AI teams to deliver use cases across supply chain, manufacturing and quality. She manages the entire journey from idea to proof of concept to scaling as well as holistic thinking on AI and digitalization vision and strategy and governance to deliver timely impact.
Pragati is also experienced in bringing various client teams together from business, data, AI and tech—across thinkers and doers—to deliver a capability that is adopted and delivers financial value.
