Prateek Harsh
Background and experience
Prateek is an associate principal in ZS’s medtech practice, helping clients optimize go-to-market strategy, sales force design and customer engagement across care settings. Prateek has 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has worked almost exclusively with medtech companies since 2012. He has significant experience in topics across the go-to-market strategy spectrum, including, segmentation and targeting and sales force deployment, including structure, size, territory alignment, personnel placement and incentive compensation design.
Additionally, he has deep expertise in the orthopedics market, medtech’s emerging service offerings, integrated delivery network customers, ambulatory surgical center customers and the continuing shift in healthcare sites of care.
Prateek joined ZS after graduation. In addition to his medtech experience, he has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, contract research organization and financial services industries.
