Background and experience
Raghav leads EU R&D tech at ZS, helping pharma and biotech clients leverage AI, data and technology to transform R&D, improve decision-making and accelerate innovation. He works with global life sciences organizations to drive technology- and data-led transformation initiatives that improve speed, efficiency and collaboration across R&D functions. Raghav’s expertise spans R&D technology transformation, enterprise data management and AI-enabled analytics.
He partners with biopharma organizations to modernize clinical and operational processes, build scalable data and digital platforms, and enable data-driven decision-making. His work includes AI and generative AI strategy; enterprise data strategy; platform modernization; and operating model transformation.
Prior to focusing on R&D, Raghav led large-scale enterprise engagements and enterprise data management transformation programs, helping organizations design data strategies, modernize platforms and strengthen data governance.
