Background and experience
Ramsés leads ZS’s nearshore operations in Argentina as office managing principal in Buenos Aires, guiding teams that blend analytics, technology and strategy to solve complex client challenges.
Ramsés has been with ZS since 2000 and is an expert in the Latin American markets and several other international markets. Ramsés’ areas of expertise center on sales force and marketing strategy, and implementation. He has worked extensively in areas such as sales force productivity, go-to-market design and implementation, brand planning, forecasting, customer segmentation and targeting, marketing mix optimization, incentive compensation and sales process design.
For several years Ramsés was responsible for developing ZS’s business in Brazil and co-led the launch of the office in Sao Paulo. Prior to relocating to South America, he was manager in our Toronto and Evanston offices, where he divided his work with North American organizations in both important markets.
Before joining ZS, Ramsés was a process and operations engineer with Procter & Gamble, where he was involved with new technology and processes transfer to local production sites in Mexico.

Bachelor of Science in industrial and systems engineering, at the top of his class, TEC de Monterrey in Mexico
