Background and experience
Regi is part of ZS’s supply chain and manufacturing practice and leads ZS’s clinical supply and manufacturing work. He helps life sciences companies strengthen clinical supply chain and manufacturing capabilities through data-driven strategy, analytics and digital transformation. He advises pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology companies on improving performance across supply chain and commercial functions.
Regi brings a broad strategy, operations and analytics background across the life sciences value chain. His work has spanned clinical supply chain transformation—from strategy and operating model definition through implementation and rollout—as well as demand and supply forecasting, supply chain digitalization and advanced analytics.
He also brings experience in commercial and go-to-market strategy, launch planning and organizational design. Across these areas, Regi helps organizations use data to improve decision-making and strengthen operational execution through effective processes and technology. He also serves as a board member at the Wagner Free Institute of Science in Philadelphia.
