Ritu Kama
Background and experience
Ritu serves as global customer success leader for ZAIDYN®, working closely with ZS clients to enable programs and strategies that drive business outcomes with the ZAIDYN platform. She partners with clients to shape product strategy and the roadmap for ZAIDYN, aligning platform capabilities with evolving business needs.
Ritu is a seasoned product leader with over 30 years of experience across technology firms and startups. Her background includes leading product strategy, building AI-powered technology platforms and launching innovative technology products. She also has experience developing go-to-market strategies and customer success programs for enterprise SaaS platforms.
Throughout her career, Ritu has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including life sciences, financial services, industrial and manufacturing. More recently, she has led ZAIDYN customer advisory boards focused on customer engagement, field sales deployment and incentive compensation to help shape ZAIDYN offerings across these domains. Before joining ZS, Ritu led platform teams at Amazon Web Services, Intel, IBM and other SaaS platform providers.
