With three decades of professional experience across finance, operations and consulting, Rodolfo brings a rare blend of deep strategic insight and hands-on executive leadership. He is a trusted authority in B2B sales and marketing strategy, known for leading enterprise-scale commercial transformations across go-to-market strategy, M&A integration, sales and marketing effectiveness, and pricing optimization.

Rodolfo’s experience spans healthcare, technology, business services, industrials, distribution and private equity, where he partners closely with senior executives to drive measurable, lasting results. He also lectures at the Kellogg School of Management’s executive program and is a published thought leader on commercial transformation, pricing, sales-force performance and strategic account management.

Before ZS, Rodolfo was an associate partner at McKinsey. He was the CFO and interim CEO of two successful PE-backed industrials companies and held positions in sales, pricing, private equity and M&A investment banking earlier in his career.
