Background and experience
Sanjiv is the executive director of ZS’s technology and cloud advisory (TCA) practice area, where he partners with leadership teams to shape, architect and accelerate digital transformation. He oversees a global team that delivers advisory and modernization programs across enterprise architecture, data and cloud platforms, digital operating models and AI adoption. His goal is to help organizations design simple, scalable, secure and intelligent technology foundations that support long-term business value.
Under his leadership, TCA has supported executive teams across commercial operations, R&D and supply chain by building digital technology blueprints, modernizing data and cloud ecosystems, establishing governance models and enabling AI-powered processes and insights. He has pioneered the use of architecture-led accelerators such as city planning, architecture-review-as-a-service, reusable playbooks and reference architectures that enable consistency, speed and delivery quality.
Sanjiv is a seasoned and highly experienced technology transformation leader whose expertise spans enterprise and solution architecture; data and cloud modernization; AI, generative AI and agentic automation; digital operating models and organizational design; architecture-led modernization at scale; and innovation ecosystem leadership. He brings a unique blend of technical depth, business alignment and execution leadership to complex transformation programs.
Before joining ZS in 2018, Sanjiv spent more than a decade in senior technology leadership roles at Cognizant, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Tata Consultancy Services and Tech Mahindra.
