Sankalp Sethi
Background and experience
Sankalp is a principal in ZS’s pharmaceutical practice and leads the cell, gene and advanced therapy (CGAT) practice area. He brings together interconnected solutions across biomedical research, supply chain, technology and commercialization to help accelerate and simplify the process of bringing innovative, transformative CGATs to market. Sankalp previously led the healthcare ecosystem space for ZS within oncology, helping manufacturers improve B2B capabilities and organization models to better support the integrated needs of their customers.
Sankalp spends most of his time helping CGAT organizations build their commercial infrastructure from brand strategy, customer engagement strategy, supply planning and organization design. He has more than 15 years of experience helping clients with strategic challenges across sales and marketing practices. Sankalp’s background is in oncology and over the last 10 years, he has helped several clients commercialize oncology products. Sankalp has particular experience in go-to-market strategy, customer experience and sales transformation. He has supported oncology companies across a full spectrum of commercial challenges including prelaunch, launch and postlaunch. Sankalp has partnered with two large pharmaceutical companies, bringing innovative cancer therapies to market and local emerging biotechnology companies in Boston, setting up their commercial infrastructure and capabilities to bring their first drugs to market.
Sankalp has extensive experience partnering with manufacturers in the CGAT space, helping organize their commercial infrastructure to bring these novel innovations to market.
Before joining ZS, Sankalp briefly worked in manufacturing and industrial engineering with a range of automobile and heavy engineering companies.
