Sarah Schwartz

Background and experience

Sarah is ZS’s general counsel, bringing deep institutional knowledge and long-standing commitment to the firm. She joined ZS in 2007 as senior legal counsel, advancing into her executive leadership role by partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to support ZS’s business objectives.

As ZS’s general counsel, Sarah leads legal advice and support for ZS, including providing counsel to stakeholders, drafting and negotiating contracts, resolving disputes and managing legal and regulatory risk. She also advises on corporate governance, real estate matters, employment law, data protection and intellectual property. Sarah and the legal team proactively assess legal developments affecting ZS and help ensure it operates within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations while pursuing global growth.

Before joining ZS, Sarah worked as an associate at Holland & Hart LLP.
