Sonal is a core member of the customer insights practice area and a member of ZS’s oncology practice area. She focuses on customer insights across large and emerging pharma clients.
Sonal’s experience since joining ZS in 2005 includes marketing and marketing research across large and emerging oncology and diagnostic manufacturers, following several years of working in primary-care-focused markets.
Her work experience includes brand monitoring studies, chart audits, war gaming, positioning, messaging, opportunity assessment, drivers and barriers research, segmentation and conjoint analyses.
