Sri Palanisamy
Background and experience
Sri is a principal at ZS leading strategy for major U.S. health insurers, with 15-plus years’ experience driving payer-provider growth, value-based care and network strategy innovation. He leads the consulting strategy for several members of one of the largest health insurance federations in the U.S. In his role, he works with payers on go-to-market strategies, payer-provider partnerships, value-based care and network strategies for both commercial and government markets.
Sri has led various enterprise strategy and growth initiatives throughout his career. His expertise is in long-term corporate strategy, redefining a competitive advantage and reimagining the healthcare value chain.
Before joining ZS, Sri led corporate strategy at Allegheny Health Network, Highmark Health’s 14-hospital health system, where he developed an integrated payer-provider delivery system for western Pennsylvania. Previously, Sri led enterprise strategy and Medicaid growth at Highmark and corporate strategy at the BCBS Association, where he led board-sponsored strategic initiatives and strategic consulting services for individual BCBS plans.
