Background and experience
Srihari is a life sciences digital transformation leader focused on CRM, AI and intelligent customer engagement. He helps pharma organizations modernize how they connect with healthcare professionals, patients and ecosystem stakeholders by building scalable, compliant digital platforms that unify data, analytics, orchestration and workflow.
As the head of ZS’s digital products and solutions practice and the global CRM lead, Srihari helps life sciences organizations translate customer engagement strategy into AI-enabled operating systems. His work connects CRM, data, analytics, martech and field workflows into integrated platforms that improve decision-making and customer experience across the healthcare ecosystem.
Srihari joined ZS in 2008. He contributes to industry conversations on agentic AI, next-gen pharma CRM, omnichannel engagement and AI-enabled decision-making through ZS and external forums, including Salesforce/Fierce programming, “Transforming Biopharma” and “The Harvard Business Review.”
