Srinivas leads ZS’s New York AI Center of Excellence, helping clients harness machine learning, natural language processing and journey analytics to power enterprise-wide intelligence and innovation.
Srinivas’s core expertise areas include automated machine learning, natural language processing, customer omnichannel next best action orchestration, and longitudinal customer journey predictive analytics. He has authored several thought leadership articles and speaks regularly at conferences.
Prior to joining ZS, Srinivas was a solution architect building expert systems to automate product design and manufacturing across multiple industries, including automobiles, power systems, medical devices and retail.
