Steve Marley
Background and experience
Steve leads the ZS meetings and events practice area, which uses ZS’s technology and operations infrastructure to support our clients by enabling data-driven business decisions. He also continues to support our partner software work in the ICM and SPM space, growing a team to manage our Varicent, Xactly and Anaplan business.
Steve works with companies across different industries, including financial services, software, publishing, medical products and life sciences. His work approach combines his experience across all three of ZS’s capability groups: strategic consulting, business operations and business technology. His educational background is similarly diverse, including mechanical engineering and psychology, which help him solve problems from both analytical and emotional perspectives.
Before leading meetings and events, Steve was a leader in the ZS sales compensation practice. He attends and presents at various industry conferences, including Cvent, Xactly, Anaplan and WorldatWork, to name a few.
Before ZS, Steve worked as a mechanical engineering analyst and project manager for manufacturing companies.
