Stuart Alderton
Background and experience
Stuart has helped pharma and biotech clients solve complex R&D and commercial strategy challenges. He led a life sciences client relationship with a top 10 global pharmaceutical company focused the R&D and medical space. And, as part of his role in ZS’s Discovery leadership team, Stuart headed up ZS’s integration of Intomics, a bioinformatics company in Copenhagen.
Stuart greatly enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems and is passionate in his support of companies developing differentiated strategies and tactics. He has also worked extensively in the commercial domain, spanning areas such as early-stage commercial assessment, marketing research, portfolio strategy, brand planning and strategy, forecasting, launch planning and multiple field issue areas, including organization design, effectiveness and operations.
Before joining ZS in 1999, Stuart worked as an analyst, modelling environmental pollution from industrial plants. He also served as a public relations officer for the British Red Cross.
