Background and experience
Sudhir leads ZAIDYN® Health Insights, combining analytics, technology and data expertise to help life sciences clients advance patient-centric and data-driven strategies. In this role, Sudhir is responsible for shaping the ZAIDYN Health Insights’ vision and product roadmap, managing the innovation funnel from idea to execution. He brings a blend of analytics, technology and domain expertise with data proficiency to reimagine the conventional approach to patient data analytics.
Sudhir is a real-world patient data professional who studies health in-vitae. He helps clients in their journey to adopt a patient-centric approach in their commercial, medical and clinical strategy while serving the bigger purpose of improving health outcomes for patients. He is an expert in designing and developing platforms and ecosystems of interconnected analytics products that address the cross-functional needs of an organization for actionable insights. Sudhir is also adept in setting and managing new ventures and establishing operating models that enable success in a fast-paced environment.
Prior to ZS, Sudhir worked as a technology consultant with Deloitte, where he led multidisciplined teams in delivering data transformation and reporting in commercial sales ops, R&D, drug safety and more for life sciences clients. Previously, Sudhir spent time with Infosys and Teradata consulting, helping telecom, retail, media and entertainment clients implement data warehousing and reporting solutions for their enterprise reporting needs.
