Tom leads ZS’s innovation workstreams in sales performance management, helping pharma clients evolve sales strategy, design and operations for modern healthcare. Tom has 20 years of consulting experience focused on pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Tom currently heads ZS’s innovation workstreams to redefine the sales performance management capabilities needed to help organizations deploy successfully.
Tom’s expertise focuses on sales force marketing and strategy and operations. Throughout his career, he has worked in areas such as strategic advisory, brand planning support, go-to-market strategy, launch planning, field-force design and deployment, omnichannel, alignment, call planning, incentives and field force effectiveness.
Prior to joining ZS, Tom was a journalist covering NBA basketball for international publications.
