Background and experience

Tony is a client service lead and a leader in ZS’s go-to-market strategy and transformation practice. He supports clients on sales and marketing effectiveness and transformation initiatives. He has worked in ZS’s London, Seattle and Toronto offices, engaging with clients across Europe and North America.

Tony’s areas of expertise include B2B go-to-market design, digital customer engagement and commercial analytics and operations. He has led client engagements in sales and marketing strategy and execution across a number of industries including high-tech, agriculture, travel and transportation, and medical devices. Tony works directly with various sales channels including key accounts teams, field sales, inside sales, customer success and channel partners.

He is a frequent writer and speaker on sales effectiveness issues, including a guest faculty role in the “Maximizing Sales Force Performance” course at the Kellogg School of Management. Tony also leads ZS Cares, ZS’s philanthropic program focused on non-profit partnerships, volunteering and pro bono consulting.

Before joining ZS in 2004, Tony was with a major high-tech company, where he was engaged in technical selling of hardware and software used in manufacturing, industrial automation and research applications.
