Victoria Summers
Background and experience
Victoria leads ZS’s East Coast patient practice, working with life sciences companies to bring the patient voice into marketing strategy and deliver campaigns that connect brands with real people.
With deep expertise in integrated marketing communications tracking and reporting, Victoria helps clients better understand the effects of their marketing programs, and she guides the design of optimized solutions. Victoria’s specific areas of expertise include direct-to-consumer strategy and planning, patient experience mapping, patient segmentation and point-of-care marketing (including telehealth trends).
Prior to joining ZS, Victoria worked on the healthcare agency side of pharma marketing, holding positions in engagement strategy and planning, analytics and insights. Victoria spent four years as the market segment manager at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa and South Dakota, and she brings this payer insight into her consumer marketing work.
