Background and experience
Vikesh plays a multidimensional role within the firm. He leads a global professional services team for sales performance management and is responsible for platform and tech deployment at 30-plus large pharma and medtech clients. He is a technology, data and analytics leader and drives technology capability development for a large client.
Vikesh has over 20 years of experience in building large-scale business intelligence, data lake, analytics and reporting solutions for 10-plus clients spanning pharma, life sciences, medical devices, insurance and banking institutions.
During his eight-plus years at ZS as a technology leader, Vikesh has helped scores of clients in building and deploying technology solutions for commercial operations, and evolved and configured ZS’s ZAIDYN® platform for sales performance management, which includes incentives, alignment, targeting, field resource management, field reporting and analytics solutions. He has deep expertise in commercial operations for large pharma companies.
For more than 12 years, Vikesh primarily worked within BI consulting and delivery, helping clients derive valuable data insights and make informed business decisions. He has been architecting and building large-scale, enterprisewide data warehouses, data marts, and data integration and reporting solutions for Fortune 100 companies. He was instrumental in building key transformational journeys for many clients that embarked on information management and BI capability building.
