Vishal Kabra
Background and experience
Vishal is a leader in the life sciences R&D practice area, with numerous years of experience helping biopharma organizations strengthen drug development and clinical operations. His work at ZS focuses on building modern clinical development capabilities by embedding data, analytics, automation and AI into core R&D and operating models.
Vishal has deep expertise across clinical operations and quality and risk management, with a deep focus on risk-based quality management (RBQM), integrated data review, and clinical operations analytics and oversight. He has designed and implemented large-scale enterprise programs that integrate oversight solutions, enable proactive risk identification and improve execution and data-driven decision-making across clinical portfolios.
A key aspect of Vishal’s role is advising clinical and technology leaders on transformation solutions and capability development. Vishal is also actively involved in building and mentoring teams and in shaping innovation and solution development within ZS’s clinical practice area.
