ZS awarded Great Place to Work® certification in India for 7th consecutive year

Across India, ZS continues to expand its presence to meet the evolving needs of its people. In recent years, we’ve added new floors to the Gurugram office, opened a second location in Pune and established sites in Bengaluru’s Manyata Tech Park and Noida, Delhi NCR—offering greater flexibility and convenience for ZSers working in a hybrid model.

These modern workspaces include state-of-the-art collaboration areas, wellness rooms, breakout lounges, gaming zones and onsite gyms—spaces designed to foster both productivity and connection.

ZS encourages every team member to contribute in a way that reflects their values—and many are uniting to address climate impact. The New Delhi office is exploring solar power to generate up to 40% of its electricity needs, while the Pune office—ZS’s largest in terms of headcount—has fully transitioned to renewable energy, reducing 1,170 metric tons of CO₂ emissions annually. That’s equivalent to the carbon absorption power of about 50,000 trees per year.

Each year, ZS India supports initiatives like ZS PRIZE, a healthcare innovation award that helps startups, professionals and students bring affordable, accessible healthcare solutions to life.
