Medical
ZS offers low-cost medical insurance through Guardian Group Health Insurance. ZS covers 100% of the insurance premium cost for permanent employees and eligible dependents.
Healthcare discounts
The FFK-Health First Discount Card offers preferred pricing at 150+ participating providers islandwide, including medical centers, pharmacies, labs, specialists and physicians.
Mental health support
Health plans through Guardian Group Health Insurance cover mental health services up to $6,000 JMP per visit. ZSers and immediate family also have 24/7 emotional support through Workplace Options EAP.
Dental and vision
Through Guardian Group Health Insurance, dental and vision are combined, covering 80% of the cost up to $50,000 JMD.
Life insurance
Guardian Group Health Insurance provides your family with a life insurance provision equal to two times your annual salary in the event of your death. Coverage is reduced by 50% at age 65 and older.
Critical illness
The critical illness provision provides a benefit of $2 million JMD to you in the event that you are diagnosed with a critical illness.
Critical accident insurance
Guardian Personal Accident Insurance covers you in the event of bodily injury.

Pension program
ZSers may contribute up to 15% of salary to Sagicor Life Jamaica’s Sagicor Lifestyle product (Approved Retirement Scheme Arrangement), and ZS matches contributions up to 5% of annual salary.
Fitness discounts
ZS has partnered with Wellable to provide ZSers with an online wellness platform. Wellable provides access to over 1,000 gyms, plus on-demand classes for recovery, mindfulness and nutrition.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or local equivalent) per calendar year.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure at the start of the program can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.

Vacation time
From the date of hire, full-time ZSers accrue 15 days of paid vacation annually. Manager and senior-level hires, and ZSers with 36 months+ of ZS tenure, accrue 20 days of paid vacation annually.
Sick time
ZSers receive 10 days of sick leave per year.
Observed ZS holidays
ZS provides about 11 paid holidays.
Family leave
ZS's family leave program provides 10 weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member.
Travel assistance
Our Travel Assistance Plan provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel abroad.
Maternity leave
Birth mothers are entitled to eight weeks of maternity leave in addition to 10 weeks of family leave.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
