ZS provides a comprehensive medical plan through Sagicor health. The Sagicor medical plan provides the coverage you need for you and your family to maintain good physical and mental health.
Emergency care coordination services
Dalian concierge service offers 24/7 assistance on your health procedures.
Mental health support
Mental health support includes 90% coverage for psychologist and psychiatrist visits. ZSers and immediate family members also have access to 24/7 emotional support services.
Vision
ZS offers comprehensive vision insurance through Sagicor health.
Dental
ZS provides a comprehensive dental plan through Sagicor health. Preventive and restorative services are covered at 90% with a 4,000 TTD maximum per calendar year.
Life, AD&D, and critical illness
ZS covers 100% of basic life insurance, providing up to two times your base salary.

Retirement planning
The Tax Incentive Savings Plan (TISP) helps you save for the future with tax advantages. Contribute 1%–5% of your salary, with a 100% company match on contributions.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or local equivalent) per calendar year.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure at the start of the program can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Work-life benefits

Vacation time
From the date of hire, full-time ZSers accrue 15 days of paid vacation annually. Manager and senior-level hires, and ZSers with 36 months+ of ZS tenure, accrue 20 days of paid vacation annually.
Family and parental leave
ZS family leave program provides 10 weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member.
Maternity leave
To give ZSers time away from work in conjunction with the birth or adoption of a child, birth mothers are entitled to six weeks of maternity leave and 10 weeks of family leave.
Sick time
ZSers are entitled to 14 days of sick leave per year.
Observed ZS holidays
ZS provides 15 paid holidays per year.
Travel assistance
Our Travel Assistance Plan provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel abroad.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
Voting time
All ZSers voting in person may take up to 2 hours paid leave.
