Medical
ZS provides private medical coverage for you and your children at no cost with access to specialists, physical therapy, and neurodiversity support.
Dental
ZS offers comprehensive dental coverage at no cost, including exams, cleanings and restorative care, with coverage up to 20,000 DKK annually. Coverage can be extended to your spouse or partner.
Massage program
ZSers can sign up a year in advance, stating the frequency of receiving a massage. ZS pays in advance for the benefit, and the cost will be deducted from the ZSers monthly payroll before tax.
Accident insurance
ZS offers a comprehensive accident Insurance plan to support you in the event of an unforeseen accident. This is offered at no cost to you. Accident insurance provided by HDI covers up to 537,321 DKK.
Mental health support
ZS medical coverage includes mental health support from psychologists and psychotherapists, a stress hotline and trauma counseling, plus 24/7 emotional support through the Workplace Options EAP.
Life and critical illness insurance
Your pension includes death, disability and critical illness coverage, funded through your contributions. You will be automatically enrolled in a base cover with Sampension, with the option to adjust.

Retirement planning
ZS supports your retirement savings through Sampension with a starting 18% pension contribution—12% from ZS and 6% from you. ZSers can also choose to make additional contributions.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or your local country equivalent) per calendar year.
Transportation reimbursement program
ZSers have the option to purchase a yearly transport ticket for travel between their home and work. The cost of the annual transport ticket will be deducted from the ZSers monthly payroll before tax.
Internet allowance program
ZSers receive an internet allowance of 300 DKK per month, included in your regular monthly payroll. This is a taxable benefit.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure at the start of the program can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Work-life benefits

Vacation time
Under the Danish Holiday Act (ferieloven), you are entitled to a statutory holiday (currently 25 days) plus two contractual days. Up to five unused days may be carried over with manager approval.
Sick time
ZS provides paid sick leave for the care, treatment or diagnosis of a mental or physical illness or injury or for any other purpose permitted by an applicable state or local law.
Observed ZS holidays
ZS provides company paid holidays in accordance with local regulations.
Family and parental leave
10 weeks paid for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member. Birth mother also receives 4 weeks pregnancy, 10 weeks maternity & 8 weeks parental leave.
Travel assistance
International SOS provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel and during emergency situations like natural disasters.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on country guidelines and the relationship to the individual who passed.
