Health benefits

Medical
ZS offers low-cost medical insurance through Lux Med, paying 100% of the insurance premium for employees and 50% for dependents (partner/children). This is taxable.
Dental
Through your health insurance, employees have access to emergency dental treatment, preventive care and selected restorative services, with additional treatments available at discounted rates.
Life and accident insurance
ZS provides taxable group life insurance with coverage of 24x monthly gross salary for death and 48x monthly gross salary for accidental death, helping support employees and families.
Vision
Through your health insurance, employees have access to medical eye consultations, diagnostic eye examinations and selected procedures.
Mental health support
ZSers and their immediate families also have access to 24/7 emotional support through the Workplace Options Employee Assistance Program.

Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or local equivalent) per calendar year.
Work-life benefits

Vacation time
Full-time ZSers will accrue 26 days of paid vacation annually.
Sick time
ZSers under 50 are entitled to 33 days of sick leave, paid at 80% of your salary. ZSers over 50 are entitled to 14 days.
Observed ZS holidays
ZS provides 10 company-paid holidays in accordance with the local holiday schedule.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
Maternity and paternity leave
New mothers receive 20 weeks of maternity leave for a single birth, followed by up to 41 weeks of paid parental leave (extended for multiple births). Remaining leave can be shared between parents.
Family leave
ZS family leave provides 10 weeks of paid time off for all ZSers given the serious health condition of a family member.
Marriage leave
Poland-based ZSers are entitled to two calendar days of marriage leave to celebrate their nuptials.
Marriage of employee's child
Poland-based ZSers are entitled to one calendar day of marriage leave to celebrate the nuptials of their child.
Childcare leave
Striving to achieve a better work-life balance, ZS offers two days or 16 hours a year of paid leave to care for a child under 14.
Training leave
ZS provides paid days off for ZSers who are improving their professional qualifications through programs initiated by ZS.
Exam leave
ZSers are entitled to paid time off to attend mandatory classes or exams related to education approved by ZS.
Travel assistance
International SOS provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel and during emergency situations like natural disasters.
