Expanding across the U.K. in 2020, ZS opened an office in Cambridge as a strategic move to be closer to clients, emerging talent and established ZSers.

Medical
ZS offers private healthcare through Aviva. ZS fully covers the cost of this benefit. Additionally, you have the option to extend coverage to your dependents, with ZS covering 50% of the premium cost.
Vision
ZS offers vision insurance through EyeMed U.K. This plan covers eye exams and up to £75 to spend in-store on eyewear in Vision Express plus 50% off any privately purchased second pairs.
Dental
ZS offers a complete dental plan through SimplyHealth. ZS fully covers the premium cost and you have the option to extend coverage to your dependents, with ZS covering 50% of the premium cost.
Income protection
The Unum income protection gives you peace of mind in the event you are not able to work due to an illness or injury for the specified deferred period (26 weeks) at a rate of 75% of salary.
Mental health support
Your private medical insurance covers services including: mental health support, ADHD/ASD assessments, 24/7 counseling, CBT therapy, and the Help@hand app for wellbeing, physiotherapy, and more.
Flu shot
The National Health Service (NHS) offers free flu vaccinations to eligible individuals. If you're not eligible, ZS offers flu shot vouchers redeemable at any Boots pharmacy.
Family planning and hormonal health
ZS partners with Carrot to provide personalized fertility, pregnancy, parenting, and hormonal health support, with lifetime financial assistance of up to £59,694.
Physical therapy and MSK support
Sword provides personalized, at-home physical therapy and clinical support to help you manage pain, improve pelvic health and build lasting wellness habits.
Short-term disability
Short-term disability provides income replacement when illness or injury prevents you from working. Approved employees receive 100% base pay for 10 weeks, then 75% thereafter.
Life insurance
ZS fully funds Unum life insurance, providing beneficiaries with a benefit equal to five times your base salary in the event of your death.
Critical illness
The Unum critical illness cover provides a benefit of four times your annual base salary, capped at £500,000, helping ease the financial impact of a serious illness.

ZS workplace pension scheme is a modern, flexible pension scheme, which gives you a tax-efficient way to save for retirement. It is provided by Royal London and the type is a Group Personal Pension.
Cycle to Work scheme
ZS London's Cycle to Work scheme allows you to save up to 51% on the value of a new bike and cycling safety equipment via a salary sacrifice.
Gym membership discount
Get Active from Aviva offers you discounted memberships at over 4,367 gyms, health clubs, leisure centers, boot camps, yoga studios and much more.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of £1,700 per calendar year.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure at the start of the program can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Charity payroll giving
Charity payroll giving allows people to donate from their pay to any registered charity or recognized good cause within the U.K., tax free.

Vacation time
All U.K.-based employees have an annual vacation entitlement of 25 days in addition to bank holidays in England and Wales that fall on your normal working days.
Sick time
ZSers can use up to 10 days of paid sick leave.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
National holidays
ZS provides eight paid holidays.
Family and parental leave
ZS family leave program provides 10 weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member.
Maternity leave
To give ZSers time away from work in conjunction with the birth or adoption of a child, mothers are entitled to 14 weeks of paid maternity leave and 10 weeks of family leave.
Travel assistance
ZS's travel assistance plan through International SOS provides medical, security and logistical support to ZSers during international business travel and certain emergency situations.
Family support programme
Access Bright Horizons for childcare, elder care, pet care, backup care and discounted programs to support work-life balance.
