Medical
ZS offers comprehensive medical coverage of up to ₹5 lakh to support you and your family's well-being.
Outpatient Department (OPD)
ZS offers highly competitive OPD benefits through the Mfine app for you, your spouse and children, with reimbursement up to ₹15,000 annually for general physician, vision, dental and health checkups.
Mental health support
Mental health services covered up to the sum insured amount. ZSers and their immediate families have access to 24/7 emotional support through Workplace Options and 1to1help.
In-house doctor support
At ZS, we care about your health and well-being. We have qualified in-house doctors available in our Pune and New Delhi offices providing convenient access to professional care.
Life insurance
ZS covers 100% of life insurance for employees with insurance partners of choice, providing up to three times your annual gross salary.
Critical illness insurance
ZS partners with insurance partners of choice to support you in event of a critical illness. Each ZSer is insured for up to ₹15 lakhs.
Personal accident insurance
The Personal Accident Insurance policy covers you against the risk of injury or death due to a personal accident on a worldwide basis. ZS partners with insurance partners of choice to support you.
Financial benefits
Benefit
Provident fund (PF)
The PF contribution is ₹21,600 annually, regardless of the base salary. All ZSers have the option to contribute beyond the mandatory 12% of PF wage.
Gratuity
ZS will pay 15 days’ salary for every completed year of service after five continuous years. This benefit is payable at the time of retirement or separation.
National Pension System (NPS)
NPS is a voluntary option available to consultants and above, allowing them to establish a defined contribution retirement savings plan initiated by the government of India.
Broadband allowance
ZS provides ZSers a broadband allowance of ₹1,500 per month through payroll. ZS will also reimburse a one-time “installation charge” of ₹500 against the receipt from your broadband service provider.
Transport allowance
ZS provides shared daily transit in Pune, New Delhi and Noida. Employees in Bengaluru and Chennai receive a taxable transport allowance through payroll where cab service is unavailable.
Meals allowance
ZS provides each ZSer a food allowance of ₹5,500 per month. This allowance is reflected in your monthly payroll.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of ₹1.5 lakhs per calendar year.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure by the start of program can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Home or apartment deposit advance
Eligible ZSers up to manager level may receive a one-time home/apartment deposit advance when joining or transferring in India. Repayable within 6 months or upon separation, whichever comes first.

Vacation time
Vacation time is accrued at the end of each pay period on a pro-rata basis (13.3 hours; about 1.67 days per month). Up to 260 hours (45 days) may be carried forward to the next calendar year.
Sick time
You are eligible for seven days of sick leave annually.
Observed ZS holidays
ZS provides 10 company-paid holidays and a floating holiday that can be used on any day you choose.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the deceased individual.
Family and parental leave
ZS family leave program provides 10 weeks of paid time off for fathers and 26 weeks paid time off for mothers for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member.
Travel assistance
ZS's travel assistance plan provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel abroad.
Daycare facility
ZS partners with daycare centers near offices and reimburses full monthly costs up to age 6. For non-partner centers, reimbursement is ₹7,000/month up to 12 months and ₹4,000/month up to age 6.
In-house gym
Our gym is available for all employees in Pune and New Delhi.
Casual leave
India-based ZSers receive 5 casual leave days per year, with two exceptions per state laws; Chennai based ZSers receive 9 days annually and Noida based ZSers receive 13 days annually.
