Medical, dental and vision
ZS provides medical, dental and vision insurance care that covers 100% of the premium costs for employees and dependents.
Mental health
ZS offers mental health support through our medical program and 24/7 confidential wellbeing support through ZS’ employee assistance program, with up to 6 counseling sessions per need.
Financial benefits

Retirement savings
ZS supports your financial future with a pension savings plan and matches 100% of your contributions up to 6% of your salary. ZS matching contributions vest 20% annually over five years.
Discounts and vouchers
ZS provides gym, studio and wellness app discounts, access to SESC cultural, leisure and hotel discounts, and a meal and transportation voucher per working day.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or local equivalent) per calendar year.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Work-life benefits

Vacation, sick time & holidays
ZS provides paid sick leave and paid holidays annually. ZSers are entitled to 30 days of vacation once they meet their 1-year anniversary.
Family and parental leave
ZS family leave provides 10 weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child (in addition to the statutory leave) or the serious health condition of a family member.
Childcare reimbursements
ZS reimburses childcare expenses for one year after returning from leave.
Travel assistance
Travel Assistance Plan provides medical, security and logistical support during business travel abroad. Medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage for international assignments also available.
