ZS partners with Omint to provide you and your family with health care benefits under the C19 plan. ZS covers 100% of the insurance premium cost for ZSers and their dependents.
Mental health support
ZS medical coverage through Omint includes access to mental health services. ZSers and their immediate families also have 24/7 emotional support through the Workplace Options EAP.
Life & AD&D insurance
ZS provides life insurance through Icatu at no cost to you, including coverage for death, special indemnity for accidental death, and total or permanent disability due to accident or disease.
Dental
ZS provides a comprehensive dental plan through Care Plus Odonto 2, covering general dentistry, preventive services, and emergency services. ZS pays 100% of premiums for employees and dependents.

Retirement savings
ZS supports your financial future with a pension savings plan through Onze/Zurich, matching 100% of your contributions up to 6% of salary. ZS matching contributions vest 20% annually over five years.
Fitness discounts
ZS has partnered with Wellhub to provide you with discounted access to an unlimited number of gyms, studios and wellness apps.
SESC benefits program
ZS partnered with SESC to provide you with discounted access to cultural activities, leisure centers and hotel stays, among others.
Meal voucher
ZS offers a meal voucher of 70 BRL per working day.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or local equivalent) per calendar year.
Transportation voucher
ZS Brazil complies with Transportation Voucher benefits as established by Law No. 7,418/85, whereby any commuting cost exceeding 6% of your salary is to be paid out by ZS.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Work-life benefits

Vacation time
After one year of tenure at ZS, all Brazilian ZSers have an annual vacation entitlement of 30 calendar days, in addition to public holidays that fall on your normal working days.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
Family and parental leave
ZS family leave provides 10 weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member. Birth mothers receive 120 additional days of paid leave.
Travel assistance
Travel Assistance Plan provides medical, security and logistical support during business travel abroad. CIEB offers medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage for international assignments.
Sick time
ZS provides paid sick leave for mental or physical illness, injury, diagnosis or other purposes allowed by local law. Employees receive up to 15 consecutive paid days per illness or injury.
Observed ZS holidays
ZS provides about 16 paid holidays per year.
Childcare reimbursements
Striving to achieve a better work-life balance, ZS reimburses childcare expenses up to the applicable CBA cap per child for one year after returning from family leave.
