ZS offers medical, dental and vision insurance that covers premiums, preventive and basic services at 100% for employees and their dependents at a low cost.
Mental health support
Mental health services are covered at a low copay including unlimited sessions for in-network providers. 24/7 emotional support through ZS's employee assistance program is also available.

ZS provides savings & investment plans with 3% company match & option to allocate up to 100% of your annual bonus directly into your retirement account.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or local equivalent) per calendar year.

Discounts on food + credits in office or with local markets + discounts on home and personal care products, gyms, wellness apps and special offers on local wines and more are available.
Tuition discounts and support
ZS partners with universities across Argentina to provide discounted access to postgraduate courses and MBAs. ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.

Full-time ZSers, if applicable, have 15 days of fully paid vacation time annually, in addition to public holidays and paid sick leave consistent with applicable law.
Family and parental leave
ZS family leave provides 10 weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child (in addition to the statutory leave) or the serious health condition of a family member.
Childcare reimbursement
ZS provides childcare reimbursement for children up to 4 years old.
