ZS offers low-cost medical insurance through OSDE, paying 100% of the insurance premium for employees and dependents (partner/children).
Dental
ZS provides a comprehensive dental plan through OSDE, covering preventive and basic services at 100%.
Life & AD&D insurance
ZS covers 100% of mandatory life insurance. Supplementary coverage provides up to 24x monthly salary, plus special indemnity for accidental death and total/partial disability due to illness or injury.
Vision
ZS provides fully covered vision insurance through OSDE, including one pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses every two calendar years for each covered beneficiary.
Mental health support
ZS medical coverage through OSDE includes mental health services. ZSers and their families also have access to 24/7 emotional support through Workplace Options.

Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure at the start of the program can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.

Gym membership
ZS partners with Wellhub to offer discounted access to gyms, studios and wellness apps. ZSers also receive a 25% discount on the Megatlon CEL gym, the in-house gym in Centro Empresarial Libertador.

If you deposit your salary with Banco Galicia, ZSers receive a welcome bonus of up to $250,000 ARS, no maintenance fees, discounts on shopping, and access to special mortgage and investment options.
Work-life benefits

Vacation time
ZS offers full-pay time off. Full-time ZSers, if applicable, have a vacation time of 14 days, in addition to public holidays that fall on your normal working days.
Sick time
ZS provides a minimum of sick days per year, given as whole days and as specified by applicable local laws.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
Family and parental leave
ZS family leave program provides new mothers with 90 days of paid maternity leave and 10 weeks of family leave. A birth mother is entitled to an additional paid maternity leave for 120 days.
Travel assistance
ZS provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel abroad.
Exam leave for students
ZSers pursuing a formal education can apply for up to 15 days of leave per calendar year, with a maximum of 10 days of leave per individual exam.
Marriage leave
ZS provides marriage leave as per applicable local laws.
Childcare reimbursement
ZS provides childcare reimbursement for children 0–45 days old up to 45% of the Salario Mínimo Vital y Móvil (SMVM) per month until one year of age.
