Medical
ZS provides low-cost medical insurance through Canada Life, covering 90% of employee premiums and 70% for dependents, plus access to Consult+ for nonurgent virtual care and medical support.
Dental
ZS provides comprehensive dental insurance through Canada Life, covering preventive and basic services at 100%, major services at 60%, and orthodontics at 50%—with a $1,500 lifetime maximum.
Vision
ZS offers fully covered vision insurance through Canada Life, including eye exams every 24 months and up to $200 for glasses or contacts every 24 months (every 12 months for children 18 and under).
Life & AD&D insurance
ZS provides a life and accidental death and dismemberment policy to you at no cost through Great-West Life, covering up to three times your base salary (max $750,000), with beneficiary choice.
Mental health support
Our supplemental medical insurance covers mental health therapy at 100%, with an annual maximum of $3,000. We offer specialty programs for short-term stress, mindfulness apps and products.
Family planning and hormonal health
ZS partners with Carrot to support every stage of your health and family planning journey, offering expert guidance, parenting support and access to vetted providers worldwide.
Physical and musculoskeletal therapy
Sword offers personalized, at-home physical therapy and clinical support to help manage pain and build healthy habits at no cost, whether or not you're enrolled in ZS's health plan.
Short-term and long-term disability
ZS provides short-term disability coverage for up to six months, with potential eligibility for long-term disability benefits.

ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of $2,000 USD (or local equivalent) per calendar year.

Vacation time
Full-time ZSers will accrue 15 paid vacation days annually, increasing to 20 days for managers, senior-level hires and employees with 36+ months of ZS tenure. Up to 40 days can roll over.
Family and parental leave
Mothers receive 16 weeks paid maternity & family leave. New fathers & caregivers receive 10 weeks family leave for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member.
Travel assistance
Our Travel Assistance Plan provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel abroad.
Sick time
ZSers receive up to five days of sick leave per year.
Nursing mother business travel support
Milk Stork supports new mothers by providing a no-fuss, breast milk delivery service.

Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
