Paid time Off
On your first day you’ll start to accrue three weeks of paid time off per year and up to one week of sick leave per year. Principal and manager level roles start with four weeks of paid time off. All U.S. offices have 10 paid holidays each year, plus one floating holiday to use at your discretion.

Family leave
Our family leave program offers you 10 weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member. In addition, we offer up to six weeks paid maternity leave for new mothers. This comes out to 16 weeks when combined with the family leave program.
