Women ZSers in technology honored with Moxie Awards

ZS aims to bridge the equity gap in tech by mitigating bias in hiring, fostering an inclusive environment and celebrating exceptional women leaders. We’re proud to announce that two ZSers—Shreenitha Ramani and Shreya Singh—have received Built In’s 2023 Moxie Award. This award honors rising women in tech for their skills, leadership and accomplishments across their teams and the broader industry.

Where passion changes lives

Shreenitha Ramani

Shreenitha has grown from an associate to a business technology solutions manager in our Boston office.

“I’m constantly motivated by the challenging work,” she says. “At ZS, I get to explore new problems, new technologies and new learnings.”

Her Moxie Award recognizes her talent for solving complex challenges, building strong client and team relationships, and empowering other women in tech to grow and lead. Throughout her ZS career, Shreenitha has helped numerous life sciences clients manage and optimize their data ecosystems and reporting capabilities.

She’s especially proud of her work to support other women in tech. When she first joined the Boston office, she was one of only a few women in technology roles—an observation that inspired her to build community.

Now, alongside colleagues Tarini Saraswat and Ritu Kama, she coleads the Women in Technology Leadership initiative for the North America region.

“We have an amazing team with a wide range of expertise,” she says. “I love learning from others—and sharing those learnings with clients.”

Shreya Singh

Shreya Singh has also been innovating at ZS, starting as an associate in Pune. After excelling on global projects, she was invited to move across the world to further her career. Today, she works as a business technology solutions manager in our New York office.

Her Moxie Award highlights her initiative, leadership and impact—particularly in how she supports other women in the tech space.

“To me, being a good leader means being compassionate and empathetic,” she says. “I try to connect with each team member personally.”

Shreya believes that investing in people is what builds high-performing, innovative teams. Her influence extends beyond her direct reports—she also serves on the Women in Tech Leadership Core Committee, where she leads training, panel discussions and firmwide events designed to inspire and connect women in technology.

“This is not just a job—it’s a passion,” she says. “A lot of my stories and friendships come from ZS. When you become a trusted adviser to your clients or your team, you find purpose in your work.”
