ZS earns third consecutive ranking among Top 10 Best Companies for Women in India

Avtar and Seramount have named ZS one of the Top 10 Best Companies for Women in India for the fourth consecutive year. ZS also earned Exemplar of Inclusion status in the Most Inclusive Companies Index—India’s largest gender analytics study by Avtar, in association with Seramount. The index sets the benchmark for workplace policies at companies making sustained progress in inclusion and belonging (I&B). ZS was also honored in the 100 Best: Hall of Fame for being featured in the top 100 for five editions of the study.

ZS’s I&B efforts ensure ZSers feel heard, respected and supported by policies rooted in equity. Through ZSer-led inclusion groups, every individual has the opportunity to drive meaningful change.

Groups like Women@ZS provide programming tailored to different career stages, including leadership development initiatives that help women advance in their consulting careers. Other inclusion communities include Accessibility@ZS, Asian@ZS, the Black and Hispanic Alliance, Jewish@ZS, Pride@ZS and Veterans@ZS.

The I&B Center of Expertise, a dedicated team within our human resources function, evaluates and identifies opportunities to support current and future ZSers. Complementing this is ZS’s global I&B Council—an appointed group of firm leaders focused on engaging the ZS community in shaping our enterprisewide I&B priorities.
