Independent research firm recognizes ZS in The AI Technical Services Landscape, Q2 2025
ZS has been named in Forrester’s report, The AI Technical Services Landscape, Q2 2025. For organizations looking to scale AI and realize value from their investments, the report provides guidance on selecting providers that can deliver impact across infrastructure, deployment and optimization.
The AI Technical Services Landscape, Q2 2025 explores 36 providers that support enterprises in building and scaling AI capabilities. Forrester defines AI technical services as “the delivery capability of repeatable and scalable AI solutions, encompassing AI and data infrastructure, governance, training, and innovation.”
“Enterprises begin their AI journeys by investing in technology, experimenting, identifying business cases, and selectively deploying models,” the report notes. “Leaders then engage partners, typically consulting companies, to develop these initial AI business cases and transformation projects. After creating their minimal viable products (MVPs) and initial AI tech stacks, enterprises look to realize greater business value by extending their AI tech stack across the organization.”
“With the proliferation of agentic capabilities, we are moving from idea to production faster than ever before,” said ZS Principal Jessica Jarvis. “What separates a minimum viable product from a truly scaled application driving profit and loss value is embedding AI into core workflows, where domain expertise and strong context layers make the difference between pilots and real impact. It’s exciting to help clients connect AI, data and human insight in ways that improve decisions and lead to better outcomes.”
Turning AI challenges into enterprise scale
Forrester also notes a key barrier to AI success: “Data quality issues impede the ability to feed AI with the data needed to achieve business value. The presence of siloed data, legacy systems, data integrity concerns, and data governance issues all hinder the ability to set up enterprise AI solutions for success. Industry challenges and organization-specific challenges exist, which complicate how service providers can help organizations.”
AI technical services providers play a key role in helping organizations overcome these hurdles. By combining systems integration, infrastructure expertise and industry knowledge, providers support enterprises in extending AI solutions across business functions and scaling them effectively.
The report describes the market as an emerging one, shaped by rapid innovation, resource constraints and evolving partnerships. It also emphasizes that “constant changes and disruptions currently define the AI technical services market.”
“We believe ZS’s inclusion in The AI Technical Services Landscape, Q2 2025 reflects the work we do with clients to move AI from isolated use cases to enterprisewide adoption,” said ZS Principal Mahmood Majeed. “Scaling AI requires more than technology. It takes the right operating model, trusted data, domain expertise and a clear path to value. We work with clients end-to-end to turn AI investments into measurable outcomes that improve decisions, strengthen performance and create lasting impact.”
