Associate Principal Jennifer Curtis named HBA rising star

ZS is thrilled to announce that Associate Principal Jennifer Curtis has been awarded the 2021 Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Rising Star Award! Jennifer exemplifies what it means to be a “Rising Star” both at ZS and within the healthcare industry, and we are honored to recognize her accomplishments within this impressive group of women.

Every day, Jennifer–of our business consulting group–adds value throughout ZS and across our clients. Based out of our London office, she is an expert in biopharma marketing, supporting multiple asset and brand teams in development of their marketing strategies for launch over the last 12 years. She has a knack for uncovering market and stakeholder insights, diving deep to find the key insights that become the foundation of our clients’ launch and in-line strategies. With strong, strategic business acumen, Jennifer runs competitive scenario planning workshops with client teams as they imagine the future of biopharma for medicines that are both evolving and new to market.

“Jennifer has had significant impact across a number of different dimensions of the firm,” explains Malik Kaman, ZS office managing partner in Zurich. “She has deep expertise in both oncology and hematology. Jennifer also serves as an expert in pipeline and portfolio planning, at the same time leading marketing strategy work with a number of clients across Europe.”

In addition to her client work, Jennifer also spearheaded efforts to launch ZS’s first-ever podcast series in 2019, in which she interviews ZS leaders as well as client executives and outside experts, sharing her own insights and compelling, leading-edge thinking along the way. Jennifer has hosted multiple episodes of the series, discussing topics ranging from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare strategy to developments in oncology.

Jennifer has also exemplified the ZS culture of collaboration and support and has been lauded as a phenomenal mentor to fellow ZSers. Bill Coyle, ZS principal in Europe, says, “Jennifer is recognized as a strong coach. She is a strong developer of other ZSers and creates an impact across her project teams and coachees alike. The only thing more exciting than the impact that Jennifer has already brought to ZS and our clients is the impact she’ll bring in the future as she continues to grow.”

Congratulations, Jennifer!
