ZS is proud to have earned Great Place To Work® certification for the second year in a row in the U.K., Germany and Switzerland. The certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience and is based entirely on what current employees say about where they work. This year, 88% of ZSers said ZS is a great place to work and 91% said they were made to feel welcome when they joined.
Highlights from this year’s survey showcases ZS’s commitment to our core values: Treat people right, get it right and do the right thing. The survey results found:
- 95% of ZSers said people are treated fairly, regardless of their race, age or gender.
- 95% of ZSers said people are willing to give extra to get the job done.
- 94% of ZSers said they are able to take time off of work when they think it’s necessary.
- 92% of ZSers said people here care about each other.
This most recent recognition adds to the list of Great Place to Work honors that ZS has received in the U.K. These include spots on the U.K.’s Best Workplaces™ 2022, the U.K.’s Best Workplaces for Women 2022 and the U.K.’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2022.
ZS U.K. was also named a finalist in the “Best for Mothers” category by Working Families Best Practice Awards. And, in Germany, ZS was recently recognized by DIQP as a Family-Friendly Employer.
