At ZS, our core values – treat people right, get it right and do the right thing – drive everything that we do. But those values aren’t limited to our day-to-day client work and interactions with colleagues. We recognize our responsibility to give back and make an even greater impact in the world, which is why we created ZS Cares – our firmwide corporate social responsibility initiative.

This year, we saw an opportunity to amplify our efforts by organizing the inaugural ZS global day of giving – uniting all ZSers around a common objective, while localizing our efforts to make a difference across our many communities.
Our first global ZS Cares Day was a huge success, with more than 1,100 ZSers giving over 6,500 hours of their time to help those in need. Learn more about how ZSers came together to make a meaningful impact.
